Lately, I’ve been noticing something strange — a heavy, almost oppressive feeling whenever I’m at home. It’s not exactly sadness or anxiety, but rather a kind of negative energy that seems to cling to the space itself. It’s hard to describe, but I feel it the moment I step through the door. My mood drops, my body feels heavier, and everything just seems… off.
It’s been going on for a while, though I can’t say exactly when it started. Maybe it was there when we moved in, or maybe it built up over time, created by stress, arguments, or just life happening. But one thing is for sure — whenever we leave the house, everything feels lighter. So I started wondering: what if it’s the space itself that’s holding onto this negativity?
In my search for answers, I came across some interesting practices in esoteric and spiritual communities. At first, I never imagined I’d be someone to explore this path — crystals, salt lamps, incense — but here I am, open to trying anything that might help us feel better in our own home.
So I ordered a few things: a crystal known for its cleansing properties, a Himalayan salt lamp to purify the air, soothing candles, and even white sage for smudging. Yes, I’m going to try smoking out the bad vibes — literally. It might sound a bit unconventional, but if it can shift the energy even a little, I’ll consider it a win.
Have you ever felt something similar in your home? Did you try energy cleansing methods, or did you end up moving? I’d love to hear your stories — maybe we can help each other create spaces that feel safe and peaceful again.
